Nuplex Resins, Louisville KY, has announced a price increase ranging from 3-9% for Coating Resins sold in North America, to be effective July 10, 2006.

The increase is the result of continued upward costs for major raw materials. The petrochemical market stability continues to be uncertain due to crude oil pricing, which is at the highest levels since Hurricane Katrina.

As always, Nuplex Resins will continue to do everything possible to control costs during this difficult time of raw material instability.
